Here is a link to download an ISO disk image of the 1607 Windows 10 installer: Once a Windows 10 updates to a newer Creators build there is no way to downgrade, the only option is to reinstall Windows with an installer that has the 1607 Anniversary update on it, then quickly disable updates and only manually install chipset drivers, graphics drivers, storage etc. ![]() You can easily reveal your OS version by Windows Key+R then type winver. In the meantime the only build that is really stable in my estimation is the Anniversary Update which is build 1607. Microsoft has pretty much admitted that they are aware of issues in both of those builds and that they have engineers working on fixing the all the various issues. So I've become pretty convinced that the majority of stability issues with Adobe apps on Windows machines is due to the Creators updates, both the Creators Update and the Fall Creators Updates.
